Yes you heard it right, Jodie Whittaker is going to launch Huddle Radio on the 1st September.
Jodie will be the first voice you hear when we launch at 8am on Tuesday the 1st.
Huddle Radio founder Sarah Hancock said:

Huddle Radio has already begun attracting listeners ahead of its official launch and hopes to become a trusted voice for the town and surrounding communities.
Sarah added:
“Our aim is simple. We want to create a radio station that sounds like Huddersfield. Whether we’re celebrating local businesses, sharing community news, or playing the songs that bring back great memories, everything we do will be rooted in the place we call home.”
