Yes, it DID used to be a spa, but after Covid, the owners Chris and Steph Barraclough decided to step back, relax and not re open Eastthorpe Hall as a spa. Luckily Thomas (their son) and his wife Tor were on hand to re imagine the completely stunning space as a wellness centre.
With the focus still, and as it always has been, on wellness for the body and mind, Eastthorpe is now a destination for wellness practitioners to hire rooms and operate their businesses inside the stunning 17th century building.
All the ‘partners’ as they are known (as it is a business very much steeped in inclusivity and community) have wellness in mind. They operate entirely independently but all under the Eastthorpe Hall banner and roof!
